Pastel sticks measure approximately 2 1/8" long × 5/8" diameter (54 mm × 16 mm) however the shape will vary slightly due to the hand-making process

Remember too: Max postage is NZ$9.90 so an order for a dozen works out really economical.

Unison Colour is based in the (UK) Northumberland National Park. The business began in the early 1980s, when artist John Hersey found that mass produced, factory made pastels simply did not offer the qualities he was looking for. He began an inquiry, to see whether, with the pigments available, he could construct some kind of mirror to the magic of colour. Unison Colour Soft Pastels are the result.

There are nearly 400 colours ranging from subtle greys and earth colours to brilliant reds, blues, greens and yellows.

Specifically developed to be superior in colour, texture and response, Unison Soft Pastels are unlike anything on the market today. The unique colour formulations of Unison Soft Pastels are the result of over a decade of experimentation, culminating in intense, vibrant colours blended almost exclusively from pigment and water.

The colour formulations contain only pure pigments in a cycle of related hues instead of merely adding white or black to base colours. The result is intense, vibrant colour application not muddied by the blending of colours.
